Day 457: Delay on Twists Pt. 2

Sorry everyone, I'll have to delay part 2 of Crazy Twists. I was feeling under the weather today and spent most of it in bed. I wrote some of the post but its just not ready for the blog. I'll be sure to finish it up tomorrow.
